Duty-Built® Mattress Warranty Information

Duty-Built® Mattress Warranty Information:

The manufacturer warrants products, including, without limitation, all structural elements of the products, shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and on an appropriate and approved slatted base, the products shall perform in accordance with product specifications for a warranty period as

follows:

• All Foam products will have a 5 Year warranty at 1.5” depression
• Pocketed Coil with Memory Foam will have a 5 Year warranty at 1.5” depression
• Pocketed Coil with Latex will have a 5 Year Warranty at 1.5” depression
• There is no manufacturing warranty on custom builds that are not a standard or approved
• Mattress that are slightly softer than after you purchased it is not considered a defect
• Products are considered out of our possession once they are shipped or picked up

The manufacturer shall be responsible for any repair to or replacement of the products during the foregoing warranty period, as set forth above. Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage are not covered.

In the event of a defect, the manufacturers sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Mattress Warranty will be, at the manufacturer's option, to provide a repaired or replacement Mattress or Mattress Cover, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below. Replacement Mattress Covers may be provided in a color different from the Mattress Cover you originally purchased.

Replaced or repaired Mattresses are subject to the same limited Mattress Warranty as the original Mattress. If you obtain a replaced or repaired Mattress, the warranty term of the replaced or repaired Mattress begins from the date of purchase of the original Mattress. If you purchase an Upgrade Mattress, a new warranty term will begin upon the purchase of the Upgrade Mattress.
